Important Notice and Cancellation Charges
Hotels : First night accommodation will be charged if Cancellation
notice to our office less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Apartments : Strict Cancellation applys to individual properties.
Period 7 – 14 days Cancellation notice required
Apartment Configurations: Studio 1 – 2 person | 1 Bedroom
1- 3 person (3rd person will be charge extra bed) | 2 Bedroom 1
– 5 person ( 5th person will be charge extra bed) | 3 Bedroom
1 – 7 person ( 7th person will be charge extra bed) Apartments
are normally Not Service Daily unless stated otherwise. A surcharge
will apply for Daily Service.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Validity of Rates
All rates are quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS and are valid from 01/04/2016
to 31/03/2017
Holiday Pacific however reserves the right to make any alterations
without prior notice.
Some hotel rates are valid for the period stated only.
2. Payments
All payments must be paid in full on or before arrival into Australia.
A service charge of Aud80.00 will be charged if payment is required
to be collected in Australia.
3. Refunds
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation,
tours, transport or any other services which
are included in the tours but UNUTILISED by customers.
4. Items Not included
Airfares, tips, airport taxes, government charges, meals and tours
not mentioned in the itinerary.
5. Amendments
Amendments and cancellations will not be permitted once itinerary
has Commenced.
6. Bookings
All request for accommodations, car hire and services are subject
to availability.
